Chapter 70: Surprise I woke up to find myself beside Alexis on her bed. Strangely, I was wearing Rushuna's clothes. Alexis was mumbling something in her sleep, but I concluded that she was having a nice dream and chuckled lightly, pulling the blanket over her. She turned around in her sleep as I got up from the bed and walked to the wardrobe to change into my normal clothes. Rushuna's red and white clothes didn't really suit my taste, I preferred black. A short sleeveless black shirt hung on my shoulders over a black bra that was barely visible under the fabric of my shirt. A pair of black shorts clung loosely to my hips over black V-shaped panties, only being kept on by a leather belt. This set of clothes exposed my flat belly, almost the entire length of my legs, and my arms. I smiled as I clipped on a pair of black emerald earrings and tied a string around my hair to make a ponytail. The black dragon tattoo on my right arm stood out just as I liked it. I walked downstairs and noticed that it was still rather dark. The first few rays of sunlight were just beginning to creep through the windows, and the air smelled damp in the light breeze. Apparently, it had rained earlier. A glance at the clock told me that it was The feeling of the cool water splashing against my skin felt heavenly. Good swims like these were quite rare when I was travelling, as most of the time, the water was either polluted or had some undesirable life forms inside. There was one time a water snake had mistakenly wriggled into my bosom while I was taking a quick swim in one of Leafre's rivers. I beheaded that particular snake after I pulled it out, annoyed, and threw the head into the air. After that swim, I climbed out of the pool and changed back into my clothes. Once again tying my hair up in a ponytail, I climbed up the ladder to see Alexis, wearing a red one-piece dress, just running off into the kitchen, leaving a cup of hot herbal tea behind on the coffee table. That moment, I had a funny notion just begging my hands to do. I smiled and ran upstairs quickly, rummaging in my travelling bag for a skelesaurus bone and deftly powdered part of it with my bare hands, slipping downstairs silently. Alexis wasn't back from the kitchen yet. I put a pinch of the powder in the tea. Nothing happened that I could see, and I sat down on the couch inconspicuously and picked up a magazine, flicking it open. I knew Alexis wanted to be taller, I could see the longing in her eyes. Suddenly, I noticed I was holding the magazine upside-down and quickly turned it the right side up just as Alexis walked back in. "Food problem?" I asked. "Yeah, almost scorched the eggs." Alexis sighed and picked up her cup of tea, sniffing it. I held my breath, fearing she would notice the slight scent of the powdered bone, but she drank the herbal tea. "Herbal tea is nice in the morning." She grinned and set the empty cup down. Suddenly, she collapsed to the ground, coughing. "What......" She groaned. I hid my smile and stepped towards her. "Did you......" Alexis mumbled, "put something in my tea......" "Powdered Skelesaurus bone." I said with the hint of a smile. Her eyes widened in surprise. Alexis's torso and legs stretched for a while, and she moaned. Her dress split a line between the skirt and the top part, and the skirt fell off. Contrary to her moaning, the process didn't cause pain. The human body doesn't know how to react to this kind of body stretching, and throws up a tingling sensation. It happened to me too. She grew about 0.4 metres taller this way, and when she finally stood up, she was almost as tall as I was. Before the tea, she had been about 1.6 metres tall. Now, she was 2 metres tall. Her clothes were now unable to cover her belly, like mine. I wondered how her armour would fit her now. "I guess this is what it feels like to be this tall." Alexis remarked, turning herself around, and trying to cover up her bright pink panties. "You've always wanted to grow taller right?" I smiled. "How'd you know?" She gasped. "Your eyes." I tapped her right cheek. "Oh. You read my eyes." She blinked, placing a hand over her exposed belly button. "I need to change." Alexis ran upstairs, probably to search her wardrobe. I fought the urge to laugh. I had inspected her wardrobe before, and it didn't contain any clothes long enough to cover her entire body. When she came back down, she was wearing a red blouse and a purple skirt. As expected, her blouse exposed her belly and the skirt covered to her knees only. "Do you have any...... longer clothes?" She asked. I shook my head and took her upstairs, showing her my wardrobe. She gasped. Every single article of clothing had at least one black part, and each set was quite revealing. Most of the shirts were only long enough to cover my chest, and there were even some shorts that were the length of panties. "I think I prefer my own clothes." Alexis sighed and walked downstairs to prepare breakfast. I followed her down and noticed that she was having trouble cooking because of her new height. Oh well, she'll get used to it soon. |
