Chapter 69: A Rest Period In the end, the last one back to the house was me because I kept getting stopped by perverts. "I'm a big fat toad......" I pouted. "It's not your fault." Alexis patted me on the back. Kon and Leo were enjoying tea in the living room with Lacus, Mei Ling and Kagome. Jakito was reading in the library. "I'm sweaty all over! Where can I take a hot bath?" I asked, tugging at the front of my shirt. Alexis pointed upstairs and I ran up, looking for a bathtub. I quickly located the bathroom and was soon enjoying a relaxing tub of hot water. I sensed someone behind the door and said, "Care to join me? I'll wash your back!" About a minute later, Alexis stepped into the bathroom. "You know, Leo heard you say that and I had to put him to sleep for a while." She said, hopping into the tub. "Oh. He's a funny guy." I laughed and splashed her. "Rushuna, is Artemis still sleeping?" She asked, splashing me back. I closed my eyes for a moment, opening the mental door in my mind. Arturia and Sakura were standing beside Artemis. She was sleeping on a comfy bed. "I heard that by the way. Boys..." Sakura snorted. "Embarrassment is a useless emotion." Arturia said. "Oh, so you agree with her?" Sakura asked. I decided to leave them bickering there and returned to the real world. "Yeah, she's still sleeping." I told Alexis. After the bath, I walked out to find Leo slumped on the floor, his shirt off. "He was halfway through his clothes when I knocked him out." Alexis explained. "Oh." I stared at him. His eyes were swirling spirals. I giggled and walked into my room, although technically it's Artemis's room. As expected, she had hung my clothes in the wardrobe. It consisted of a red shirt, a red pair of gloves, a red pair of shoes and a white jacket with an attached skirt. The shirt left part of my breasts exposed so I could reload faster. The skirt was split down one side and exposed the string of my panties and the side of my hips. Artemis had also left my ammunition bag and my own revolver here. The bag stored more bullets than Artemis's storage belt and the revolver was better designed than her elemental ones, allowing it to shoot faster. I put on my clothes and slung the bag around my hips. I chuckled as I noticed Sakura and Arturia's clothes in the wardrobe. Sakura's clothes consisted of a red sleeveless shirt, a short pair of brown pants with a pink skirt around it, brown gloves and brown shoes. "It's not nice to go peeking in other people's wardrobes!" Sakura scolded me. "I can't help noticing them, they're right beside mine!" I whined. Arturia's only piece of clothing was a blue one-pieced dress with alabaster armour around it. AN: Sound familiar? I walked downstairs to see Roy just walking through the door. "Hi, Roy!" I smiled. He gagged. "Who's she?" He asked. This took a bit of explaining from Alexis to clear up. "Oh, so, you're Artemis, but not really her... Argh, this is messing me up!" Roy ruffled his hair up. I laughed. "So, how long until the real Artemis comes back?" Alexis asked. I put a finger to my lips and thought for a while. "About 6 hours." I smiled. "That long?" Roy arced his eyebrows. The next few hours were spent having fun with the others, and I went to sleep peacefully beside Alexis on her and Artemis's bed. |
