Chapter 76: Return to Perion "Waaaah!!!" I screamed as I hurtled through a tunnel of swirling colours with Alexis beside me. Eventually, the tunnel stopped and we landed on rocky ground, sliding towards a building. We slammed into the wall and I grunted in pain. "Where's Lynx?" Alexis asked. My jaw fell open and I scrambled to my feet only to slip again. "She's...... still there." I panted. Her jaw dropped open. Wind blew over our bare bodies and I started to feel hot. "Isn't this our house?" I just noticed that there was an archery range behind the nearby house. A few arrows were stuck in the ground on it. "Hey, you're right! Let's go get dressed." Alexis agreed and we opened the door and walked in. Luckily, the door wasn't locked and everyone was out. I put on slippers and walked upstairs, taking care not to slip. I heard some bumping noises and Alexis's cries of "Ouch!" quite a few times though. I sighed. "The clothes'll just slide off!" Alexis complained after trying on a bikini. I refused to wear any women's underwear whatsoever and was trying to put on a pair of jeans. It would just slide off though. "You know, you're gonna stay like this for a pretty long time, so you should get used to wearing girl's clothes." she remarked, grabbing a bra from her closet. "Oh no, I'm not putting that on!" I protested as she walked towards me. "The men will get nosebleeds if you don't put them on." she insisted. "No way I'm wearing that!" "Oh just stand still!" "You look so cute!" Alexis smiled. "Shut up." I grumbled. "Purge!" I commanded. Nothing happened. "Water's a magic blocker. No spell casting while it's still in your body." the Dark Dragon explained. "Great." I mumbled sarcastically. "The egg!" I suddenly remembered and ran off to check on the egg. There was a crack on it. "Cool." Alexis remarked. We had totally forgotten about Lynx and I didn't remember until Daniel came home and got a nosebleed. Alexis slapped him in the face and he hurriedly commanded, "Purge!" We quickly got dressed "You know, you look hot in that bra!" Daniel made a snide comment. I grabbed a wooden box and held it above his head. "Too slow." his voice came from behind me. The image in front of me fizzled and turned into a scarecrow. "Got... you..." he smiled. I felt something sharp touch my back and my shirt fell off. My foot immediatly swung backwards and connected with something soft. "Owww! It was just a joke! I swear!" |
