Chapter 70: Dream Turned Nightmare "Is this mansion really deserted?" Alexis's jaw was wide open. The whole interior of the mansion was lavishly decorated with red curtains, carpets and the likes. Statues littered the corridors and servants were running up and down. "Doesn't look like it." I remarked. A nearby servant noticed us and came running to us. "May I have your names please?" she asked. "Artemis Rivern and Alexis Rivern." I answered. The servant walked over to an intercom and pushed a button. She returned to us after a while and bowed. "The master has been expecting you. Third room on the right up the stairs." she gave us directions and scooted off. "Typical servant." Alexis mumbled as we ascended the stairs. "Whoa." I gasped when I saw the room. It was decorated from top to bottom with red colours, giving us a sense of romance. There was one large bed in a corner of a room on which a handsome young man was lying on. "Oh, so you're here." he got up. "Hello." Alexis and me said simultaneosly. "As you both know, I've invited you two here for a certain reason...... Ahh, I'm not good with formalities." he mumbled and dragged us onto his bed. A magazine lay open on it and he quickly closed it. "Hot Body Magazine?" I had noticed the title. A woman in a swimsuit was on the cover. "Lets cut to the chase, shall we?" he smiled and started to unbutton the front of my blouse. He also slipped a hand towards Alexis, but she pulled back. "I'll do it myself, thank you." she insisted. A few minutes later...... "Is this enough for you?" I asked. Alexis and me were now only wearing our undergarments, we would never take them off unless a client pulled them off. "Hmmm, what's your chest size?" the man asked, fingering a necklace on my neck gently. "1.2 met...... What the..." I suddenly started to feel top-heavy. "I think yours is 2 metres." the man remarked. My chest was swelling up! "And your's?" he turned to Alexis as I struggled to maintain balance. "Same as her's...... Argh!" she glanced at me and her chest also swelled. "So it is." the man smiled. What in the world!? Was this magic!? "And how hot are your legs?" he winked. All of a sudden, we started to wobble and when it finally settled down, our legs were long and glimmering. "I'll rate that a 5 out of 5." the man smirked. Alexis looked at me, terrified. "Now, take off those bras so I can...... Ahhh..." he laughed as our remaining clothes disappeared into thin air! "Magic?" Alexis breathed. "Hmmm...... Something's still not right." the man looked over us. I wish we had never come here in the first place...... "Ah yes. IMPRISON!" he suddenly roared and wings burst out of his back. The face on his skin started to stretch as his skull expanded and he turned into a monster! When I looked at myself, there were chains stretching from my hands and feet to the ceiling and floor! The same thing had also happened to Alexis and she was terrified beyond her wits. "What in the...... LET US GO!" I shouted and tried to break free. "Not so fast, Dark Dragon." the monster loomed over me ominously. Dark Dragon? Wait...... "I control everything in this dream. Your lives, your bodies, everything!" it laughed. Dream!? "Mind's Eye." I said and closed my eyes, hovering in the air. Even with the skill, I couldn't sense anything. "Nothing." I opened my eyes. Alexis sighed and started to look around. Suddenly, I spotted a blurry patch of air behind her. Probably water vapour. I turned back to scan the area. When I turned back to look at her, she was gone! "What the...... Alexis!?" I shouted. The next moment, I felt breath on my neck. I turned around to see the patch of "water vapour" behind me. "Oh. Shyt." I mumbled. "Eternal Dream!" a voice echoed through the air and I lost consciousness. "Oh......" I finally realized it. "That's right. You're in an Eternal Dream!" the Chaos Balrog laughed and punched me in the stomach, forcing the air out of me. "Oof......." I mumbled and looked at my stomach. There was a print of a fist on it and a patch of black skin too! "Soul Eater!" it roared and punched Alexis too. A patch of black skin appeared on the spot where she had been punched and she vomited blood. "Let us go! Dark Dragon Form!" I yelled. Nothing happened. Suddenly, pain shot through me and I looked at myself. The patch of black skin had expanded! Alexis's patch had also expanded. "Once it completely spreads, your bodies will be mine and you will remain in this nightmare forever!" the Balrog laughed maniacally. "Darn it......" I struggled to break free, but the chains were simply too tight! Alexis screamed in pain as her black skin encompassed her hips. I gritted my teeth and continued to struggle. "All your efforts to break free are useless." the Balrog landed in front of us and placed a claw on my chest. I felt sick. "Entertainment is lacking in the demon world, so might as well......" it licked my chest! Gross! "You're sick!" I spluttered out and received a slap across the face. "Artemis!" Alexis called out. "Hmmmm, I believe you will make the perfect bride for me." the Balrog turned my face towards its. "Demonic Transformation!" it roared. Suddenly, I felt horns growing out of my head and my skin melted off, exposing my bare bones and flesh! It felt like I was being tortured and I screamed in pain. A bony tail and a bony wing appeared on my back and my body grew larger and demonlike. "AAARRRGGGHHHH!" I screamed. Alexis stared at me, horrified and speechless. "This will be what your actual body looks like when your soul is completely eaten." the Balrog's horrendous face cracked into a smile. Green patches now stained my body. "Arise, demon queen Artemis!" it roared. "Not so fast." a voice echoed through the air and the wall caved in. The Demon Dragon and the Leviathan stood in the hole, glaring at the Chaos Balrog. "Oh, it appears that your full awakening will have to wait. Hellfire!" it started blowing black fireballs at the Leviathan. "Fire? Tsunami Strike!" the Leviathan roared and a wall of water came crashing down on the fireballs, dissipating them. "What!?" the Balrog's jaw fell open. "You're not the best strategist, are you?" the Demon Dragon bashed the Balrog's skull with its tail. It's image disappeared and my body returned back to normal. "Are you two okay?" the two Exzas Beasts went over to us and spotted the black skin. "Careful, this is going to hurt. Super Dispel!" the Leviathan commanded. Streams of light bathed us and we screamed in pain. Both Inner Beasts flinched, but said nothing. When it finally ended, the chains were broken and we were completely back to normal. "Thanks..." I panted, getting up. "I believe it is time to leave." the Dark Dragon appeared beside the Demon Dragon and the Siren appeared beside the Leviathan. Alexis and me nodded and the Dark Dragon entered my body while the Siren entered Alexis's. I roared and the entire building caved in. The shell broke and the two tiny naked girls inside began to grow and transform. The Chaos Balrog quickly tried to fly away, but was captured in a Shadow Web from Artemis in Dark Dragon form. "Die, scum!" Alexis shouted and brought her Kotetsu down on its head. Black blood splattered onto their bodies as the massive Balrog crumbled to pieces. "Hellfire!" Artemis roared and incinerated the pieces with a burst of black fire. "Two down, one to go." Alexis gave her a thumbs up and wiped blood off herself. |
